About Us Cove Mortgage & Loan, a subsidiary of Laffranchini Financial Corporation, has provided real estate lending services since 1985 to the Desert Community. The mortgage company is a HUD approved lending institution. The scope of real estate lending arrangements is inclusive of residential and commercial properties, conventional, government and construction loans, manufactured housing, reverse mortgages, and private placement or hard money loans. LFC was instrumental in introducing the Rural Development Service (B&I) guaranteed loan program to the Coachella Valley arranging loans up to $10 million for commercial real estate and other business purposes. Laffranchini Financial Corporation actively arranges business and SBA loans, equipment lease financing, discounted trust deed notes, and equity lines of credit. The company is a very active participant in the FHA Title I and Title 11 programs including the 203k, which is a combination purchase/construction home-improvement loan. We are specialists in the 100% FMHA Guaranteed Housing Program. The firm is a member of the Chamber of Commerce in the cities of La Quinta, Cathedral City, and Palm Desert. Brokerage licenses issued by the California Department of Real Estate are held by company principals who are actively engaged in the operational management of the firm and its associates. The aggregate experience level of ownership and its associates represents more than forty years in commercial banking, fifteen years in bank construction lending, fifteen years in real estate sales, and twelve years in mortgage lending.
